Dance und Gymnastics

In this well-thought-out exercise class, we combine individual physical exercises.

​

Music accompanies us as we strengthen and stretch all muscle groups, mobilize our

joints and activate our cardiovascular system.

​

This full-body workout is suitable for all ages, as long as we enjoy moving ourselves

in this way.

​

The aim is to return to everyday life feeling invigorated, refreshed and with a smile on your face.

​

I have been teaching for over 25 years and have developed my own style which was always supported by further education, for example with:

​

  • Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater , New York

  • Jean Jsaaks Limontechnic, San Diego

  • Trainings in different dance schools in Brazil and London.

​

My motto is: no matter what form of movement we choose, we should practice it with joy and awareness, enjoy working with our body and thus get closer to ourselves.
