In this well-thought-out exercise class, we combine individual physical exercises.

Music accompanies us as we strengthen and stretch all muscle groups, mobilize our
joints and activate our cardiovascular system.

This full-body workout is suitable for all ages, as long as we enjoy moving ourselves
in this way.

The aim is to return to everyday life feeling invigorated, refreshed and with a smile on your face.
