  I have been teaching Yoga since 2005, but have been practicing for many more years :) Yoga doesn't just happen on the Yoga mat for me, it belongs to my life entirely.


Yoga - a tool for live

My first teacher training - Iyengar oriented, was the foundation to all my following steps. Iyengar is about the accuracy of all Asanas. This preciseness and alignment is still helping me in my teaching.

After that I completed the Power-Yoga Education, levels 1 & 2 in Switzerland. This style derives from the Ashtanga Method - very powerful and body oriented.

My stay with Sri K. Patthabi Jois at the Ashtanga Institute in Mysore India guided me further into the depths of Yoga and to the decision to complete the Ashtanga Vinyasa oriented 500 RYS education in India.

Today I mainly teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a flowing form, led by the breath and often accompanied by Music, leading us into a moving meditation, as well Yin Yoga, a gentle Yoga form where we stay longer in the Asanas to reach the deep connective tissue and make room to find the inner center.
